Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026 · Support Desk Hub

1. Who we are

Support Desk Hub provides independent customer support for US customers. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website or contact our support team.

You can contact us about this policy at support@supportdeskhub.co.uk or by calling +1 888 643 8007 (Call for current availability).

2. What data we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you call, email, or write to us.

Case information: details about the technical issue you ask us to help with, which may include account identifiers, screenshots, and transaction references for the third-party platforms involved.

Call records: our support line may log call times and durations, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You will be told at the start of a call if it is being recorded.

Website data: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, collected for security and performance purposes.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not ask for, and you should never share with us, your full bank card numbers, online banking passwords, one-time security codes, or account login credentials for any platform. We never need these to provide our support services.

4. How we use your data

To provide the support services you request.

To keep records of quotes, work performed, and complaints.

To meet tax, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary: with IT and telephony providers who operate under data processing agreements; with professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) under duties of confidence; and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.

We do not share your data with the third-party platforms you ask us to support you with, except where you explicitly ask us to communicate with a platform on your behalf.

6. Retention

We keep case records and contact details for up to six years after your last engagement with us, to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted. Call recordings, where made, are retained for no more than twelve months.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence and the laws that apply to our business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the details in section 1. We may verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. You may also contact your state attorney general or the relevant consumer protection authority.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff confidentiality obligations.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
